After 16 years of climbing the corporate ladder, I ended up working for one of the biggest tech companies in the world. The golden handcuffs that promised more money and stocks if I stayed, coupled with fantastic benefits and steady commission checks lulled me into complacency.
My dreams of becoming an entrepreneur sat on the back burner. I didn’t know what my business was going to be, and I hadn’t spent a lot of time thinking about it because life gets busy, and things were comfortable. I began to realize I wanted to make a difference and empower other women in similar situations.
I now coach women who have found success, but aren’t fulfilled. I work with women who know they are meant for more. I lead them to success by helping them navigate the unfamiliar world of entrepreneurship.
